Life-threatening Prempro side effects include and increased risk of:

  • Ovarian cancer
  • Gallbladder cancer
  • Strokes
  • Blood clots
  • Pulmonary embolisms

Other serious Prempro side effects include:

  • Severe asthma
  • Lupus
  • Scleroderma
