I was injured using a product that I purchased and had to see a doctor as a result. Do I have a case?

Possibly, but if the injury was very minor, and there was little if any economic loss, no permanent injuries, and you have very little in the way of potential damages, most lawyers will not be too excited with your claim. One major exception.
